Shipping
Your Me Moments Inspired box will be shipped to you via Australia Post. Please contact us at hello@memoments.com.au if you have not received your package within seven days of dispatch.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns on boxes and mailers due to change of mind. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To return a damaged product, please contact hello@memoments.com.au. Please do not send individual products in your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please note we may not be able to get the exact same item. In the case of this occurring, we will offer a refund to the price of the item or send you an equivalent item.
Refund policy
Our cut-off date is the first business day of each month. Our refund policy window is two days from the cut-off date. All refund requests will need to be sent to hello@memoments.com.au within two days from the cut-off date. If two days have gone by since the cut off date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. If you have contacted us within two days of the cut-off, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will notify you once we have processed a refund on our end, usually within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or credit card issuer may have a longer processing time, so please speak with them first if you have not received the refund credit within a fortnight of our notification.
